I just did some research. “Vilaines Filles, Mauvais Garcons” isn’t the name of the artist, it’s the name of the B-side, which was written by Serge Gainsbourg (of all people). Apparently, this 45 was recorded by a bunch of anonymous Belgian studio musicians, and the brass at TEENY records (a subsidiary of the equally unfamiliar RONNEX label) neglected to give the group a name. Note that the song must have been enormously popular in either France, Belgium, or both. There are tons of cover versions of it on YouTube. Presumably (though not necessarily), this is the original:
