“Sexcessfully Yours” “Be the Life of the Party by Making the Party Come To Life” Herald Records. Like the Playboy Femlin in the flesh.

Party Time Nos. 1 & 2. German Telefunken. Fifteen minutes and a few bottles of wine later, Fritz brought out the rhythm instruments to try and get something going. I gotta get Party Time No. 3! (Or I may just have to make it myself)
A monster suprise party! French RCA. I like the guys by the record player.
“A saucy serving of fun for next party.” “A night club in your living room…recorded during an actual performance at the Jolly Roger Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.” The Punchinellos “Party Platter”

“LP Cover Lover” is a great site! I really enjoy it. Maybe you can use this little gem from Germany. There’s no year on it, but I guess it’s from the early sixties. “Tanzmusik für die reife Jugend” means “Dance Music For The Mature Youth”. The picture on the cover shows how much fun the mature youth is having. The music is played by “Karlchen’s Ballhaus-Rhythmiker”. You could translate it with “Little Carl’s Dance Hall Rhythmicians”. They surely know their foxtrot, tango, polka, waltz, and even samba! There are many gorgeous details. The booze in the foreground, the windmill on the painting in the background, the fancy black dress of the woman in the foreground. The dancing couple… Wouldn’t we all like to be invited to such a party?” Regards, Jan Derrer (Switzerland)
German composers Manfred Hubler and Siegfried Schwab (recording as Vampires’ Sound Incorporation) created this groovy soundtrack to accompany Director Franco’s freaked-out vision. “Their crazy sounds are a speed-hopped swinger’s bash of blaring trumpet, booming trombone, slinky organ, and spacy sitar, with a beefy foundation of mod guitar, bass, and drums.” This was included in a 1995 reissue by Crippled Dick records called “Vampiros Lesbos” and became an underground hit.
After it was released this cover was withdrawn and banned.
Betsy McCall’s “Surprise Birthday Party” There were lots of Betsy McCall lp’s all with Betsy the doll herself posed on the cover in some scene for some special occasion. That’s all I know about it…really.

At the suggestion of Kathy Jones, here’s another in the “Hi-infidelity” series of greeting card lp covers only.
“Carnaval Carioca” Lyra De Xopoto. I don’t really have much context for this cover and can only imagine what the big Brazilian Carnival is like — Mardi Gras times ten. But Sinter, a Brazilian label, is a source of many great covers.

“Limbo Party” by “Ivy” Pete and his Limbomaniacs! This comes from Bradley Loos who’s impressive collection of records is available for all to appreciate on flickr!
Thanks to Paul Oberlin for sending this beauty from his collection! There is a whole series of lps and 45’s in this series. Here’s another one.

The first of at least a dozen Adam Party lps put out on the FAX Records label. Each with a cover far more timeless and appealing than the now lame adult comedy of the early 60’s.
“ADAM Magazine presents the wildest sexcapade of stag party humor put on record featuring the fabulous Buzzy Green at his sizzling best!”
For an informative, illustrated history (and online store) of Adam and other vintage men’s magazines and books check out my buddy’s totally awesome site Vintage Sleaze

Put this on and people yell “take it off, take it off!” This record should have come without a cover.
