    when the child arrives… would be the proper translation I guess. “als” can indicate both condition (if) and time (when) but in general the if-condition is already met haha just the time of delivery remains a guess.
    zwangerschapsgymnastiek = pregnancy gymnastics

    this Lp is from the era of the thalidomide disaster in europe at the time. at least this baby is healthy, thank goodness.

    When the baby comes (the day of his birth) could be a translation of a french book title “lorsque l’enfant paraît” by Françoise Dolto. No gym in this, but psychology.
