   The media satirist/ collage band Negativland may have used some bits of Luther’s records in their various projects and I think they covered one song, “Happy The Harmonica” on their mid-90s album “Free”. One project,

   done by Negativland member David “The Weatherman” Wills, was “Personal Hygiene and Beautification” for WXYC-FM in North Carolina

   (later issued by them on cassette) and I think he threw some Frank

   Luther in there.
