A nice Jim Flora illustration for RCA Victor and The Philhormonia Orchestra’ s “La Boutique Fantasque”

“Inside Sauter-Finegan” A common, yet remarkable Jim Flora cover on RCA Records. (1954) This is Sauter-Finegan’s first 12-inch LP. It was packaged with a gatefold cover of a sort peculiar to RCA Victor at the time – the record is removed from an opening at the inside spine of the spread-open cover. There was no danger of a record falling out of one of these covers.   Here you can buy the T-Shirt!

Jim Flora illustrates the cover of “Redskin Romp” by Charlie Barnet and his Orchestra.     RCA Victor.   (1954)

Everyone loves Jim Flora’s covers. Here’s a nice little 45 picture sleeve for a smile. “The War of the Bands Concert” The combined orchestras of Ralph Flanagan and Buddy Morrow. RCA-Victor 3211.

“Square Dances” Vol. 1 Woodhull’s Old Tyme Masters. Calls by Floyd C. Woodhull.   Camden Records.   If anything could make a square dance it was the art of Jim Flora!

“The Comedians” by The Boston Pops.   An RCA EP.   Art by one of the legends of cover art illustration – Jim Flora.

“Music of the Banampak Mexican Ballet”   By Sarita Gloria on Mexican RCA Victor.   This may be the rarest of all Jim Flora album covers.

Another nice Jim Flora.   A Pete Jolly Duo 45 sleeve for RCA.

Here’s more Jim Flora cover art. This one’s a 45 on RCA which issued many Flora covers.
