This from our friend in Brazil Zeco Louro: The album title is “O SAPATAO,” which is Brazilian slang for “lesbian”. “Sapato” means “shoe” and “Sapatao” is how we say “a big shoe”. I think the idea is that Durval is asking the girl if she is a Sapatao, a lesbian.”
Well I guess that explains it. But it’s still weird.
