I did mechanical translation on google and got “Halt to the dear life” and on the can something like “message to you”. I can’t get past the flat butt and boney back deal but the cover really got my interest (the whole and only point, of the naked woman?). Is she suppose to be holding up the boy or just pointing him out in mid-air.
I’m curious what the OTHER backside of the album looks like. Cringe.

The French text refers to protesting the high cost of living and is a message to the ‘leaders’.
As for the woman whose butt is resting on a jerrycan, that’s obviously directed at the ‘leaders’ and open to interpretation.
If only this were the original cover of Dylan’s The Times They Are a-Changin’.
