   Some of the younger viewers here may not get the ‘rather fight than swish’ bit. Back in the 60s when cigarette advertising was unrestricted Tareyton cigarettes had an ad campaign that featured various people with a black eye saying “Us Tareyton smokers would rather fight than switch”. A Google image search will work if you want to see some.
