This is not an RCA release. RCA had no rights to Nipper in the United Kingdom, where Nipper originated. It belonged to The Gramophone Co. Ltd., and at the time of this release, it had become EMI.

Roberta Leigh staged the “Twizzle and Footso” puppet show for the BBC in the early ’50s. One of Leigh’s assistants was Gerry Anderson.
