I just looked this guy up in Wikipedia. He is not a real man of the cloth. It’s just a character he plays on Dutch children’s television (he’s still alive, age 80). He began his career as a singer/musician in the 1960s and scored a few hits in the Netherlands under his real name, Pierre Kartner. At some point in the mid 70s, he made the transition from pop singer to children’s entertainer after inventing the character “Vader Abraham” (Not specifically a Priest or Rabbi, but a non-denominational clergyman of sorts). He has a website (http://www.vader-abraham.com/) but your browser will require a Dutch to English translation app to read it. He’s also all over YouTube:
