   I always thought there ought to be a Bent Fabric box set, and it has to be called Get Bent.

   A while back I read a (true?) story about an unhip late-60’s school kid who wanted to decorate the cover of his notebook with the scribbled name of a heavy rock band like his friends did. (This was the era of Iron Butterfly, Ultimate Spinach, etc.) But he didn’t know the names of all the bands, so he looked at a record club ad in the back of a magazine and picked out one he thought sounded right. You guessed it. He picked BENT FABRIC. (No end of further misery followed.)
