    We like to kid folks and I could come up with a few zingers myself but I won’t in this case. I have too much respect and admiration for this man. It’s sad that society is slow to accept homosexuals for who they are. But there is progress. I hope it continues in the right direction for the benefit of all. Liberace was a beautifully gifted man who just happened to be gay. If you ever get to Las Vegas, you MUST check out his museum!

    I know Liberace was very generous with his time, money and talents. He appeared in our local summer stock theatre in Indianapolis at least once a year when he was alive, helping that venue stay afloat.

    This is on the Australian “Festival” label and was released in 1972. A little bit of research reveals that Jamie Redfern was born in 1957, making him around 14-15 when this was recorded. Much like Donny Osmond, even into his mid-teens, his voice sounded a bit girlish:
