    XiSha KuangXiangQu
that’s the beauty of Chinese: you can read it in so many ways:
    Xi – West
    Sha – Dumb
    Kuang – Mad
    Xiang – to believe
    Qu – Crooked (or Song).
    KuangXiangQu – Raphsody

    So it could be
    “The western fools’ raphsody” or
“The western hollow madly believes to be crooked”
Either way, it’s funny (and probably funnier than their songs).
