   I voted for FIVE since I’m a big time ELI MANNING (Ole Miss Rebels) fan and realize that President Ulysses Santa Grant made CHRISTMAS a U.S. Federal holiday in 1870! Why? He tried to unite the country during Reconstruction after 600,000 Americans died in the Civil War. Read this bill and it celebrates the birth of Jesus.
