Just exactly what do “Kom-Kom-Mertie” and “Schuif Toch Jeti” mean? Or are we better off not knowing?

Hi there, it is Dutch!. And it means ‘little cucumber’ (kom-kommer-tje) and something like ‘Do Sweep ‘m Jet’ (Schuif Toch Jet/ ‘Jet’ is a name and the last character is an exclamation mark). Of course the last phrase has a sexual connotation. (‘Betsy’ and ‘Jo’ are also two (old-fashioned) names)

It’s 1965 and somebody, somewhere in the Netherlands decided that it would be a good thing to write a song about things you’re not supposed to touch. It basically cover the food groups and it’s completely pointless.
The link will provide the recording, enjoy. Well… probably not.

The Ojee label was set up by the famous Johnny Hoes, sexclusively for dirty and sexy music. There´s tons of this of this kinda stuff to be found at the Dutch fleamarkets. Duo Venus en Penis and Boll Jan are two other great examples.
