   it sounds to me in both cases that they doth protest too much.

   Kinda like Rosie O’Donnell insisting she has a crush on Tom Cruise.

   That’s the power of positive thinking: staring at girl pictures while repeating loudly “We like GIRLS!” may lead this odd couple into a more socially acceptable behavior (repeating one too many might lead to sex-change operation).
