Yes, this is real. Out of Anvil Studios, Hollywood, CA. A sticker on the back says:

“WHIPSMEN, WHAT DID IT TAKE?” “Well, we took a leather strap, two riding crops, a cat ship, two lengths of heavy rubber hose (ed. note: dare I go on!?)… a buggy whip, and a torture rack.
