The band you refer to is not called “Cock” but “Cock Sparrer” (cockney for “Cock Sparrow” - it means “mate” or “chum” and is most likely cockney rhyming slang, although I can’t work out the exact method behind the rhyme here).

what Splodge song is here? The only track of their’s I’ve ever heard is called “Tough Shit Wilson”.
