I have the recent 180-gram audiophile reissue of this. (You are entitled to ask WHY?? on both counts.) Clint-baby’s singing sounds kind of like Pat Boone…except not nearly so macho. (If he tries singing “live” in the future, maybe he could call it Chair’s Farewell Tour…)

Hey why not?
He has been actively involved in the Monterey Jazz Festival and has composed music for some of his movies.
But then — he and Lee Marvin sang in “Paint Your Wagon.”
