I love how there’s an arm for standard play discs and an arm for microgroove discs. lol. Pretty expensive!
what *is* that on the spindle? that 12″ disc is 78 rpm.
Classical pieces usually came on 12″ 78 rpm discs, sometimes in an album so they could be stacked and played in sequence, but the added diameter brings a couple minutes extra playing time per side. They usually sounded pretty good!
