   Though it impressed the neighborhood children when he was 8, Carlos somehow looked ridiculous tooling around town in it with his friends when he turned 21….

   Great micro car!

   RIP Steven “Hoop” Hooper(Sept. 2011) who had lots of micro cars made into art cars. Hoop was part of the Andy Warhol gang.
