Definitely Thai record. The artist is Toule Thongjai (male) and the album is called “Kra Dang Nga Lon Fai” which can be roughly translated as “Hot Cougar” (as in middle-aged foxy lady). The bit after the artist name reads as “his best selling album”. But i don’t know anyone has this LP!
