I did a little research. This is a compilation LP of children’s records that were previously only available on 78s. “Puff ‘n Toot” was originally released in 1950 and came with a book of illustrations you could follow along with:

If anyone is interested, a YouTuber named lrh1966 also uploaded just about all of the other stories on the LP as well. It was apparently also, at one time, released on a different label with a different cover.
