Sorry, it is not in Viet-Nam but in Thailand.
The Anchor temple is in Cambodgia and the record comes from Japan.
I was a little confused afer having watched the “captain underpants” video by Koji Matsumoto.
This lady is Misora Hibari, a legendary singer in Japan and there is no Japanese, at least over 30 years old, who don’t know her. Her legend is equal to Billie Holiday’s in USA and Edith Piaf’s in France! She was the best singer and a fine actress who was already famous when she was a kid.
She died about 30 years ago at her 50’s.
The album title is “Misora Hibarai, Matroos san” (Miss Sailor!)
The songs are: Hibari, Matroos san, Girl chief sailor, You are the matroos, the sea swallow, Harbor is the place of good bye, Daddy it’s harbor, 13 Port Street, Harbor Kid, Yokohama-ites matroos ( All are very funny.)
Matroos is a Dutch word and became Japanese (pronounced as madorosu), meaning sailor.
Hibari was born in Yokohama, big port city near Tokyo. I think this record was made in the mid 1950’s. Nice cover!
You can watch many Misora Hibari in youtube.

In Viet-Nam, some guys are allowed to dress with girls uniforms to go to college, so I’m not so sure about this 6 month contract…
