On his right is “art.” Sculpture to be precise. But I’m digging the chair and the hi-fi.

I wonder what kind of Hi-Fi that is? In my record pad, I use a beautiful MINT late 50’s RCA with crazy legs similar to those on this cover. How about starting another category so we can share what us record players are playin’ our records on? I’m curious what other cover lover fans use or maybe would like to use? Maybe it’s time for a Christmas wish list? The record diggin’ chick that can change records with her feet… IS ON MINE! They say Santa comes only once a year… So what’s he so merry about?

From the 1930s to the 1950s, Ramona was full-time studio organist for WCCO radio in Minneapolis. Soma was a storied Minneapolis record label with hits by the Castaways (“Liar Liar”), Fendermen (“Muleskinner Blues”) and”Surfin’ Bird” by the Trashmen (Garrett records, distributed by Soma). Most Soma titles are quite collectible.
