I can’t believe I’m seeing this! Years ago a friend put “Spiral City in a Martian Moon” on a tape for me, and another friend and I laughed for hours over it. it’s truly one of the most bizarre recordings of all times. Now I can actually put a face with the voice. I won’t hold out hopes for a recording somewhere of the song, but thanks so much for posting this. Maybe I’ll come across it in a thrift bin somewhere.

I have this LP! It was recorded in Vancouver, which is where I live and bought it. ‘Spiral City’ is a masterpiece, as is ‘Moon Cat’:

    SPIRAL CITY
    SPIRAL CITY
SPIRAL CITY IN A MARTIAN MOON
SPIRAL CITY IN A MOON COCOON
    DON’T SAY GOODBYE
    MARTIAN MOON

    MOON CAT
    MOON CAT
HAVE YOU EVER CAUGHT A MOUSE
    ON THE MOON

One of my favorite records. :)

Hey Tony! How are you? This is the guy that wrote “The King of Rock n’ Roll. I hope that you are doing fine. Those memories never left my head. Peace, JJ Rocks (James Johnston 1977)

Hey Tony! My last message was just to get your attetion! I’m about to publish a book and a new website. And you are going to be in it. I already have 74 countries reading my site. So I’m so glad to tell them how you took my songs, went to another country, and recorded and sold them, and never sent me one penny. Antony Villa is a rip off! And I will spend the rest of my life telling people just what kind of bullshit you are made of. I swear to that! Maybe now you will be the “Superstar from the far East”

PS: I have a new international site coming out, and you are going to be exposed!

After seeing this I did some research on the net to find out who he was and I managed to link the name Antony Villa to a few other pseudonyms, Tony Villa, Antony-Euclid C. Villa-Real and Antony Starluck among them, and besides a bunch of screenplays he’s written and patents he’s claimed I managed to find his Youtube channel:
