I gather in the early sixties in Rio, on every christmas season, Santa Claus would take the Sugar Loaf cable car down to a huge party attended by lots of small children. Seriously! (tough I assumed he rode inside the car, not on the rooftop). I missed that but in the seventies I saw him for many times landing from an helicopter in the middle of Maracanã Stadium, to an audience of some 80.000 thousand excited children. I still associate helicopters to Christmas. Nowadays Santa come down from the sky anymore.

I actually have this LP. It belonged to my parents and the children sing so beautifully. This record raised so much money for the orphanage the came from. The Santa was goofy but the music was not. How did you get a hold of this and is your record in good condition?
On another note, I’m new to your blog and loving it.
