This one has been reissued on CD, and has some great stuff, including the late great Hawaiian comedian Robert “Lucky” Luck, who was a popular radio and TV entertainer when I lived in Hawai’i in the 1960s. It includes an epic 15 minute cut based on the title, describing how Santa flies to Hawai’i to give the kids crack seed, which is a popular island snack food brought to the Islands by the Chinese. Lucky has an uncredited appearance as the voice of Santa.
Strangely enough, Lucky’s Greatest Hits was just released on CD. You can find it as well as this album at http://www.mele.com
