Wish I could tell you which brotherhood this one is but I’m not knowledgeable about Holy Week processions. Belter records was a Spanish label which I don’t think had any discernable identity. In the 80s they actually specialized more or less in children’s groups. They had a not-so-long lived rock sub-label, Ocre, where the legendary Spanish band Burning cut their fist four (and best) albums.
BTW the street depicted here, I don’t know how it’s called when the album was released, but today it’s called “Avenida de la Constitución” (Constitution Avenue), which is a tell-tale sign that before it was named either after General Francisco Franco or something associated with his regime. And the building is the Cathedral of Seville, which, for trivia lovers, is the third biggest Christian temple in the world (after St. Peter in Rome and St. Paul in London)

Actually I think this is a druidic order of some sort that has nothing to do with the Klan, except that the Klan probably nicked the costume idea from them.
