Here’s a nice site with Asian pop covers — I love this one! Must have been a mid-sixties mirror group of ? and the Mysterians from half way around the world.

   I know that the Mysterians were an alien race in the Godzilla movies. They had their own film too. Maybe both bands named themselves after them?

   ? and the mysterians were Hispanic-Americans who had a one-hit wonder in the late sixties called “96 tears. Their first LP came out again in the nineties on orange vinyl with the usual picture of the “boss” in an open shirt and sunglasses. nice song with catchy moog chords.
