I think “Way Back Now!” was referring to the two guys who wouldn’t quit bickering in “Let That Be Your Last Battlefield.” They were literally black-and-white, with bilateral pigmentation.
There was an episode of a TV show called “Frank’s Place” that had a woman living on a property that was very deep into voodoo, who was played by Rosalind Cash. Frank (Tim Reid), as the owner, was told that she would only leave if a special powder was applied to her face. This cover may be a reference to this practice.
