The one name that I did not recognize is “Kamahl,” so I looked him up. He’s an Indian guy who moved to Australia and became wildly popular over there in the late 1960s. I have no idea who composed this, but it sure bears all the hallmarks of a Johnny Hartford tune:

He is one of the most common finds in 2nd hand , thrift stores op shops garage sales yard sales , for his records sold by the millions to old grey haired grandmothers who are now dead or in nursing homes for the aged.

Would also be interesting to know what Goon Harry Secombe sang as well

Kamahl is not Indian, but a Sri Lankan from Malaysia.
He was very popular in Australia & also New Zealand.

Dave Dee was the frontman for Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich, so this album must have been released in the early 1970’s when he had gone solo.

Danny Williams had a self-titled album released on Contour records in 1972.

If that is the Danny Williams from South Africa, he had at least two Lps released on United Artists in the states, and a charting single with “White on White.” He had a fine voice.

Dave Dee, Dozy et al. attempted a comeback in the mid-80s with a cover of Firefall’s “Stayin’ With It.”
