    I know I know – Japanese. I need a headline!

Heh – I can’t think of anything – they must have Chinese restaurants in Japan – and I’m sure the four boys in Finger 5 probably had a meal in one!

The videos are a bit disappointing in that from the cover I imagined they always wore those quasi-Bay City Rollers outfits! But they let me down! Shame on you, Finger 5, for not being more considerate of my 2010 desire for amusement!

Not only is it the wrong nationality, it’s just lazy and demeaning to refer to people that aren’t like you by their street food. Would you title a post with a Bill Cosby album cover “Mr. Collard Greens”? Probably not. Actually, looking through some of your other posts now… you might. Oh well!

They are Japanese, from Okinawa. They are even on Wikipedia in English, see “Finger 5.” They were extremely popular in 70s’, in Japan. It is very hard to find album (because of demand, I think they sold a lot of copies) They did a lot of Jackson 5 covers. for #7, oh yeah, Bay City Rollers were huge in Japan too!
