A Sweet 16
Is she looking for the perfect song for the perfect tape compilation. This record is from Italy and is a 16 RPM record. In the forties and fifties turntables could play 78’s, 331/3’s, 45’s and 16 RPM discs. Radio stations used them and I think some of the Armed Forces V-discs were 16’s. I’ve seen some general release ones, but not many. Maybe they caught on in Italy.

This is not from Turkey, but from the Italian Durium. Maybe sold in Turkey as well, like the ever-popular Papetti with his cheesecake covers. But belly-dancing records are a mine that you should explore more, I can help there.
