“Pa’que pa’ que” and “Sombrero Sao”   Lyra Records from Bolivia   These are beautiful little covers with bright, rich saturated colors.  I don’t know how these were printed, but the ink is thick and textured to the touch.

A double-sided Hopalong Cassidy ep – “The Story of Topper”  and “Hoppy’s Happy Birthday”  Starring William Boyd.   Bozo Approved Capitol Records.  Nice old-timey children’s illustrations here.  This looks like an early 50’s release to me.  Hopalong was before my time.  Neal Cassady was more my speed.  But that’s a whole other kinda “hopped up”.

Jimmy Cliff  “Struggling Man” (1973)  Jimmy’s follow-up to one of the greatest records ever “The Harder They Come”.   Not as celebrated musically, but the cover is pretty damn cool.  Cliff is one of the 2010 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
