For the uninitiated, P&amp;P was a chain in western Washington that would serve so-so pizza while an organist would play kitschy tunes on an old Wurlitzer.  The one I used to go to in Tacoma had a quite elaborate setup, with pipes and various other bells and whistles (literally, in this case) stretching all around the building.  There are a few of these type of places left,</description>
