The title of the album translates as: Artist: Kruno Slibinac Vjencana nece biti - There won't be a wedding Moja Djevoka Marija - My Girl Marija (the j is pronounced as a "y" in Serbian and Croation) The sign the bird is holding is "Silver record" I don't know what the required number of albums sold is, but Jugoton was one of the two big publishers when I lived in Yugoslavia in the mid-eighties.
